Staff reports

A 24-year-old Corinth man who was arrested Sunday allegedly possessed methamphetamine, morphine and marijuana, according to Alcorn County Sheriff Ben Caldwell.

Jacob Cassidy Feazell, 46 County Road 726, was arrested at about 12:57 a.m. Sunday by Alcorn County Deputy Tim Boggs.

Feazell allegedly possessed about 5 grams of meth, nine morphine pills and a small amount of marijuana, a sheriff’s office news release says.

He was arrested after a traffic stop at the intersection of County roads 735 and 750. A passenger was also arrested on several outstanding misdemeanor warrants from the city of Corinth.
