Police Chief Ralph Dance said this is surveillance footage of Brooklyn Traylor at the Mapco station.

Traylor was identified as a suspect after investigators viewed surveillance tape, police say. Traylor was brought to the police department by his parents Monday, according to Chief Dance.

Traylor will be arraigned in city court Wednesday at 2 p.m.

A second suspect is still at-large, the news release says.

Police initially responded to the call at the gas station after a panic alarm sounded, and Ledlow was found shot several times, the news release says.
