Funeral service for Zadie Glidewell Rogers 99, is set for 11:00 am Friday at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Rayburn Richardson. With burial in the Lone Oak Baptist Church Cemetery.
Zadie died December 19, 2017 at MS Care Center. She was born January 14, 1918 in Alcorn Co. MS. to the late Riley and Mary (Molly) Glidwell. She was of the Baptist faith. She was married to Vernon Rogers who preceded her in death on September 5, 1979.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brothers Allen, Albert, Alvin, Ernest, Roy and Marlin Glidewell; sisters Tishie Smith, Nancy Mills, Gracie Mincy and Ruby Stoddard.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Family will receive friends Thursday from 400 to 8:00 at the funeral home.
