Volunteer firefighters from Union Center/Theo and Kossuth responded to a shop fire Friday northwest of Kossuth around noon.
No one was hurt in the fire, which occurred at a shop by a residence at 52 County Road 608, said Union Center/Theo Fire Chief H.C. Bates.
The cause of the fire was unclear but possibly electrical.
