An upcoming event in Kossuth will allow people to paint home Christmas décor and support a trip to Disney World for special needs children.
Participants will paint Christmas-themed wooden door hangars to take home at the event on Dec. 4 at 6 p.m. at the Blue Building in Kossuth.
A portion of the proceeds will support Havis’ Kids, which takes special needs children on a trip to Disney Word every two years.
The cost of the paint party is $35, and it must be paid in advance by Dec. 3. The painting class will be instructed by Wendi Mullins, who has a Facebook page called with more information.
