Alcorn Central, Biggersville Basketball Teams Win Thursday

Alcorn Central and Biggersville high schools had a successful night of basketball Thursday with all the boys and girls teams winning their contests.

The Biggersville Lions boys team beat Tishimingo County 83-81 in an away game, and the lady Lions won their game 56-40.

The Biggersville boys are now (13-11) and the girls are (16-18).

The Alcorn Central boys team beat Smithville in an away game 60-56, and the girls won 52-36.

The Alcorn Central boys are now 13-13, and the girls are 18-9.
