Man Arrested for Alleged Stabbing Incident

A 28-year-old man was arrested this week on an aggravated assault charge for an alleged stabbing incident that occurred Dec. 29, police say.

Steven Lamar Kiddy was arrested after a warrant was issued for him, said Corinth Police Detective Dell Green.

Kiddy allegedly stabbed a person in the arm with a knife during an altercation at a residence on Pierce Street, Green said.

In other matters, Green said a stolen Boy Scouts trailer that was was reported missing Jan. 23 has still not been located. It was taken from Christ United Methodist Church on North Shiloh Road. The 16-by-6 foot trailer contained items such as camping equipment, Green said.
