Bags Needed for Robotics Competition
Local high school students need residents to help them collect 4,000 plastic bags Friday and Saturday.
The Eagle Home School Robotics Team needs the plastic bags to make an impressive booth to wow the judges at a Boosting, Engineering, Science, and Technology competition with 800 other schools.
The students will build a robot that can pick up trash in a simulated ocean environment.
They will collect bags Friday at Kroger in Corinth from noon to 6 p.m. and at the Green Market downtown Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
