Corinth Librarian Cody Daniel reminds residents that there are plenty of Christmas offerings at the library.

This month, the library has a unique collection of dozens of Santa Claus figures on display. They are on loan from Corinth resident and library supporter Donna Janzen.

In addition, the Crossroads Poetry Project will hold a Christmas-related poetry reading on Dec. 21 at 6 p.m. in the library auditorium. Daniel and Autry Davis with the Crossroads Poetry Project will read poetry that evening, and others are welcome to read as well or just sit back and listen. People can read their own poetry or favorite poems written by other authors.

On Dec. 21, the Thursday children’s time at the library at 10 a.m. will have a Christmas theme with a fun story and craft.

The library also has a large selection of children’s Christmas books to check out.

Corinth Librarian Cody Daniel said there are many Christmas books for children available.

Nonperishable food, toys and children’s coats are also being collected at the library to help those in need.
