The Corinth Police Department has released the name of a man killed in a shooting reported Saturday on Shiloh Road.
Juan Jimenez Guzman, 49, was pronounced deceased at the residence in the 400 block of Shiloh Road, according to police. Authorities were dispatched to the scene at 11:06 p.m.
Another man, Montejo Diego Torres, 48, was found in another part of the residence with an apparent knife wound, police said. Torres was transported to Magnolia Regional Health Center and is in stable condition.
Needless to say neither were in the country legally.
