Downtown Corinth Boutiques Serve Community
A special evening for single moms and their friends was recently hosted by Emerson Kate Boutique and other businesses in downtown Corinth.
“We were so blessed to be able to give back to a group of women who don’t always get the credit they deserve,” Emerson Kate Boutique owner Chelsea Brown said. “Being raised by a single mom myself, I understand how challenging the single-mom grind can be.”

Emerson Kate Boutique, located in Corinth’s SoCo District, hosted the event with other downtown businesses Baxter & Co. and SnowyLove Boutique.
“Both owners of these unique boutiques share my passion of serving our community, so it was a natural fit for the three of us to join forces to create an extra-special evening to love on single moms,” Brown said. “EK is blessed to be in a community of like-minded strong, and intelligent female business owners.”
Queso and spinach dip served with handmade tortilla chips were provided by smith, a downtown Corinth restaurant, which also offered its double deep fried Trashed Wings.
Chair massages were provided by Deb Janosko at Relaxstation Day Spa, also in the SoCo District.
“Deb is so kind, loving and has the most calming spirit,” Brown said. “Her massage talents left everyone completely and totally relaxed.”
The businesses also offered storewide discounts and gifts for single moms.
