The Corinth Battlefield Summer Tour Series will conclude Saturday, Aug. 11, with a walking tour of downtown Corinth.
It starts at 10 a.m. at the Corinth Civil War Interpretive Center, 501 W. Linden St., Corinth.
“We invite everyone to participate in the final program of the summer and discover 1862 Corinth,” said Dale Wilkerson, a superintendent with the National Park Service.
Visitors will walk with Park Ranger Tom Parson from the interpretive center to downtown.
Those who want to take part should pre-register by calling the interpretive center at 662–287-9273.
Participants should bring drinking water and comfortable clothes for a two-hour outing.
