Brandon Haygood, age 34, of Corinth, departed this life on Friday, July 20 2018, as the result of an automobile accident.
A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, 3 o’clock PM, in the Chapel at Corinthian Funeral Home, 506 Kilpatrick St., Corinth. Bro. Jimmy Howell will officiate the service. Interment will follow in the Tippah County – Shiloh Methodist Cemetery. His family will receive guest on Tuesday evening beginning at 5 o’clock PM at the funeral home.
Born on November 22, 1983, in Tippah County, Mississippi, he was the son of Kelvin and Norma Jean Haygood Dixon. He was a framer for Ashley Furniture.
To carry on his memory he leaves his parents of Corinth, a son: Caleb Haygood of New Albany, Mississippi; daughters: Emilee Haygood of Selmer, Tennessee, Haley Haygood and Ashley Haygood both of Corinth; brother: Eric Haygood (Suzanna) of Corinth; grandmother: Joyce Kilcrease of Corinth; and a lot of aunts, uncles, cousins, and family.
Preceding him in death were his grandparents: Wilburn and Viola Haygood, Marlin Dixon, and step-grandfather: John Kilcrease.
Pallbearers will be: William Dixon, Rocky Jenson, Orbin Dixon, Shane Dixon, Dwight Haygood, and McKinzie Clark. Honorary pallbearers are Donald Elam and Eric Haygood.
