Army of God
Director Mrs. Darlene Floyd said the Women of Worth want to march as soldiers in the Army of God, which is why there is a camouflage theme for this year’s conference.
Women must know that “spiritual warfare is real,” and the conference will try to “equip women with tools to fight life’s battles in the spiritual realm.”
Floyd and co-director Bridgette Goodwin know the importance of developing strategic battle plans to be victorious.
“We all face struggles in life, but the struggles are not meant to dictate our future,” Floyd said.
She wants people to form a “true spiritual relationship” with God and become “new creations in Christ, filled with His Spirit and live according to His Word.”
The conference cost on Saturday, April 28, is $15 and includes continental breakfast and dinner. Teen girls attend free. Saturday is the ticket deadline.
The theme is “The Battle is Not Yours, but God‘s,” 2 Chronicles 20:15.
