The Corinth Police Department, fire department, Mickey and Minnie Mouse are all coming together to help special needs children go to Disney World.

The police department and fire department will face off against each other in a softball game Sept. 23 at 1 p.m. at the big baseball field at the Corinth city park.

There is no entry fee, but donations will be accepted at the gate to support Havis’ Kids, which takes children with mental and physical disabilities to Disney World every other year.

Mickey and Minnie Mouse will also be at the softball game Sept. 23, and there will be a youth homerun derby, silent auction and food.

The National Anthem will be performed by Shelby Pratt.
